Our laboratory is part of the Developmental Therapeutics Section, Division of Hematology-Oncology, in the Department of Pediatrics and the Department of Pathology.
We conduct cryopreservation and storage of bone marrow and peripheral blood stem cells used for autologous transplantation for solid tumors at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles.
We are FAHCT-accredited and we are the National Resource Laboratory for purging neuroblastoma from bone marrow and peripheral blood stem cells for the Childrens Oncology Group (COG). We also support the New Approaches to Neuroblastoma Therapy (NANT) Consortium.
